Bag Balance
Bag Balance is a prepaid digital platform service for Lemon Mandi merchants. It is not a physical bag product sold over the counter — it is credit used inside the Lemon Mandi application for platform usage.
What Bag Balance is
Lemon Mandi merchants may purchase prepaid “bags” that form a digital wallet balance inside the app. That balance is consumed when eligible merchant activity uses platform capacity (for example owner-side auction / billing workflows configured by the platform). Staff accounts do not consume bags.
After a successful purchase, merchants can view purchase history and tax invoices inside Lemon Mandi. Unused prepaid bags remain in the merchant wallet according to product rules.

Pricing reference
Bag Balance pricing is controlled by Lemon Mandi’s platform billing settings and is shown to the merchant in the app before purchase. The application’s default billing configuration uses:
- Reference price: ₹0.25 (INR) per bag (exclusive of tax)
- GST: 18% (CGST + SGST for intra-state Karnataka supply, or IGST for inter-state supply, as applicable)
- HSN / SAC reference: 998399 (other information technology services), subject to platform configuration
Example for illustration only (₹0.25/bag + 18% GST): buying 1,000 bags → taxable value ₹250.00 → GST ₹45.00 → total payable ₹295.00. Actual amounts on a merchant’s invoice may differ if platform administrators change the live price, GST rate, free allocation, or purchase availability.
GST & invoices
Paid Bag Balance purchases are treated as a taxable digital platform service sold by Rbolo Info Services Private Limited (GSTIN 29AAMCR3486L1ZI). Tax invoices generated by Lemon Mandi after a purchase is marked paid show supplier details, buyer details (when available), bags × price, GST split, and total.
Payments
Merchants complete Bag Balance purchases through the Lemon Mandi application when purchase is enabled. See Payment Information for how confirmation and invoices work. This page does not claim that any specific payment gateway checkout is already live.
Refunds
Prepaid Bag Balance is generally non-refundable after bags are credited, except in limited cases described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. To request a review, use Contact Us.
