Payment information

Lemon Mandi may offer prepaid Bag Balance purchases so merchants can pay for platform usage bags used by the application.

What you pay for

Merchants may purchase prepaid bags for Lemon Mandi Bag Balance. Pricing and applicable taxes (such as GST) are calculated by the Lemon Mandi billing system based on platform settings at the time of purchase.

Payment providers

Lemon Mandi may process Bag Balance payments through supported Indian payment providers when those integrations are enabled in production.

Current status: A live PhonePe (or other) payment-gateway integration is not claimed as active on this page. Do not treat this website as proof that PhonePe checkout is already live in the Lemon Mandi app. This website exists so a permanent production HTTPS business URL can be used for payment-gateway onboarding and policy disclosure.

Confirmation and invoices

Bag balance is credited only after Lemon Mandi’s backend confirms a successful purchase. Tax invoices for paid Bag Balance purchases are available in the application after a purchase is marked paid by the backend.

Security

When a payment provider is enabled, card/UPI credentials are entered on that provider’s secure checkout experience. Lemon Mandi does not ask merchants to share payment card PINs or UPI PINs with Lemon Mandi staff.
