Last updated: 27 September 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of the Lemon Mandi application and related services provided by Rbolo Info Services Private Limited.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Lemon Mandi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. The service
Lemon Mandi is a software application for lemon auction / merchant operational workflows, including features such as auction diary, farmer pattis, vendor bills, bag balance, OCR-assisted capture, and reports. Features may change as the product evolves.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity under your shop account. Access should be limited to authorized owners and staff.
4. Your data and content
You retain responsibility for the accuracy of business data you enter (rates, bags, parties, payments between merchants and farmers/vendors, etc.). Lemon Mandi is a tool to record and print your operations; it does not replace your own books or tax compliance duties unless separately agreed in writing.
5. Platform billing / Bag Balance
Some Lemon Mandi platform usage may require prepaid Bag Balance. Purchase amounts, taxes, and invoices are determined by the platform’s billing settings and applicable tax rules. See also the Payment Information and Refund / Cancellation Policy pages.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other merchants or systems.
7. Availability
We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, network issues, or third-party outages may affect access.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rbolo Info Services Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of Lemon Mandi. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this website. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
